2021 started with gifts. Hurrah! New season “Death in Paradise”. The series is to relax, to laugh. I watch it with pleasure, especially when I want to cheer myself up. Frankly, I liked the detective-inspector performed by Chris Marshall more – I remember the actor in one of the best New Year’s films “Love Actually”. But the creators of the series managed to maintain a good level. There is intrigue, humor, and beautiful views of the Caribbean island, albeit fictional, but no less attractive. The main characters-detectives are a kind of collective image. Slightly scattered and sloppy, like Perry Mason, but have a sharp mind and excellent deduction, like Hercule Poirot or Sherlock. And, by itself, the rest of the characters create an indescribable atmosphere – each actor is in his place. And the main character of the series is nature: sea, sand, beach and sun. I hope the new season will be just as exciting and exciting.
